Robert Bonner , Esq was publisher of the New York Ledger , a popular liertary magazine that published many famous artists between 1850 and 1903. This fire destroyed one edition of the paper along with the presses. However, Bonner's insurance covered the damage and the paper resumed publication immediately. |
